Yes! Our solutions may be best utilized with a small amount of fitness equipment, although many bodyweight strength and mobility movements are included. The use of
Bands, Dumbbells, and/or Kettlebells are likely. A few accessories, such as a foam roller or bench, may be helpful but are not required. We can work with what you have currently and provide direct links to our favorite products if applicable.
